Working Process of Hydraulic Core Drilling Machine
- Preparation work: First, level the ground; use the equipment’s own system to find level; adjust the mast angle according to design requirements; dig a mud pit, connect the mud pump, and other preparation work.
- Start drilling and lower casing: Just like building a building needs to lay a good foundation, drilling construction needs to lower the casing in advance, and the specific requirement is that the casing goes into the bedrock. The reason for lowering the casing: the surface overburden is generally soft, and in the later drilling process, there will be slag falling and collapse, which directly affects the smooth progress of drilling.
